Atopic dermatitis refers to a very common and often chronic skin infection, which affects a high percentage of the population of the world. It is also referred to as dermatitis, eczema, or atopy. It is usually considered to be as a kind of skin sensitivity or allergy. Atopic dermatitis includes asthma, allergies as well as eczema.
