As I have told earlier, I would like to repeat that the hereditary plays an important role in the cause for the eczema. If your parents or somebody in the family is suffering from the eczema then you are quiet prone to have this disease. However if you will take some measures then you will definitely be able to save yourself from the eczema.
However you will have to do some other things as well to save yourself from the eczema. They are as follows:
1. Maintain healthy diet:
It is really advises that you should eat a healthy diet. You should take lots of fibrous food. Salad is a must. However you will have to avoid oily foods.

2. Body Cleansing:
You should clean your body properly. This is very important.

3. Exercise:
The exercise keeps your skin fresh. Hence it is really a good idea to do exercise regularly.

Apart from this you can use the moisturizer. And I assure you that if you will follow these things then you will never suffer from the eczema.
